Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları

Bu politika darkgalaxy.online adresinde yayınlanan DarkGalaxy oyununu kapsar ve iki bölümden oluşur: 1-8. maddeler gizlilik politikasıdır — her biri oyunun kaynak kodundaki gerçek davranışın karşılığıdır. 9-12. maddeler kullanım koşullarıdır: hesabınızın hukuki durumunu, kural ihlallerinde uygulanacak yaptırımları ve hizmetin sona ermesi hâlinde ne olacağını anlatır.

Kısaca: DarkGalaxy'de reklam ağı, analitik aracı veya izleme betiği yoktur. Oyun hiçbir üçüncü tarafa istek atmaz. Sizden e-posta, parola, telefon numarası veya ödeme bilgisi istenmez.

2. Çerezler

Oyunu oynarken hiçbir çerez kullanılmaz.

Tek çerez dgadmin'dir ve yalnızca site sahibinin yönetim arayüzünde oturum açması için oluşturulur. Oyuncular bu çerezi hiç almaz. Çerez HttpOnly, Secure ve SameSite=Strict işaretlidir, yalnız o arayüzün bulunduğu yolda geçerlidir ve çıkış yapıldığında silinir.

Tarayıcınızda saklananlar çerez değil yerel depolamadır ve tarayıcı verilerinizi temizlediğinizde kaybolur. İki tür veri var:

Tercihler (son kullanılan kullanıcı adı, dil, görünüm): yalnızca formu önceden doldurmak ve arayüzü kurmak için kullanılır, sunucuya gönderilmez.
Oturum anahtarı — giriş yaptığınızda saklanır; böylece bir sonraki açılışta giriş ekranında parola yazmadan BAŞLA'ya basarak girebilirsiniz. Bu anahtar parolanız değildir; parolanız hiçbir yerde, hiçbir biçimde tarayıcıya yazılmaz. Anahtar BAŞLA'ya bastığınızda sunucuya gönderilir (zaten işlevi budur), 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden geçersizleşir, parolanızı değiştirdiğinizde ve çıkış yaptığınızda silinir.

3. Üçüncü taraflarla paylaşım

Verilerinizi kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz. Satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz, reklam amacıyla aktarmıyoruz. Oyunda reklam ağı, analitik aracı, sosyal medya eklentisi veya izleme pikseli bulunmuyor.

İki istisna var. Birincisi: yasal olarak zorunlu kılan bir talep gelirse (mahkeme kararı gibi) yasanın gerektirdiği kadarını vermek zorunda kalabiliriz. İkincisi: oyunun başka bir yayıncıya devredilmesi ya da satılması hâlinde hesap verileriniz de aynı koşullarla yeni yayıncıya aktarılır — ayrıntısı 12. maddededir, ve bunu istemiyorsanız o tarihe kadar hesabınızın silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında verilerinizi kimseye satmıyor, kiralamıyor ve reklam amacıyla aktarmıyoruz.

4. Ne kadar süre saklanıyor

Oyun hesabınız: siz silinmesini isteyene kadar.
IP adresi: kalıcı olarak saklanmaz; bağlantı süresince bellekte tutulur. Yönetici panelinde yapılan işlemlerin denetim kaydında ilgili IP yazılır — bu kayıt yalnız site sahibinin işlemlerini kapsar, oyuncuları değil.
İlerleme adımları: en son 20.000 kayıt tutulur, eskiyenler otomatik silinir.

5. Güvenlik

Site tümüyle HTTPS üzerinden yayınlanır, oyun bağlantısı şifreli WebSocket'tir (wss://). Hesap dosyası web kökünün dışında tutulur, yani adresi bilen biri onu indiremez. Yönetici parolası düz metin olarak hiçbir yerde saklanmaz; yalnız scrypt ile üretilmiş özeti tutulur.

Hiçbir sistem yüzde yüz güvenli değildir; buna rağmen tuttuğumuz veri zaten bir takma addan ve oyun ilerlemesinden ibarettir.

Oyuncu parolası da düz metin olarak saklanmaz — yalnız scrypt ile üretilmiş özeti tutulur. Bunun doğrudan bir sonucu var: unutulan şifre ve kullanıcı adından sorumlu değiliz; parolanızı bizim de görme ya da geri getirme imkânımız yok. Kullanıcı adınızı ve şifrenizi güvenli bir yerde saklayın.

6. Çocuklar

DarkGalaxy her yaşa uygun bir uzay oyunudur ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Zaten e-posta, telefon veya gerçek isim istemiyoruz. Çocuğunuzun bir takma adla oynadığını fark eder ve hesabın silinmesini isterseniz aşağıdaki adresten yazın, sileriz.

7. Haklarınız

Bize yazarak şunları isteyebilirsiniz:

Silme talebinde takma adınızı yazmanız yeterlidir. Talebi aldıktan sonra makul bir sürede yerine getiririz.

8. Bu politikayı nasıl kabul ediyorsunuz

Ayrı bir onay kutusu yoktur: hesap oluşturmak bu politikayı ve aşağıdaki kullanım koşullarını kabul etmek anlamına gelir ve bu cümle kayıt ekranında da yazılıdır. Kabul tarihiniz hesabınızda saklanır. Kabul etmek istemiyorsanız hesap oluşturmayın; var olan hesabınızın silinmesini aşağıdaki adresten isteyebilirsiniz.

9. Hesabınız: size tanınan bir kullanım hakkıdır

Hesabınız, karakteriniz, gemileriniz, tasarımlarınız, krediniz, elmasınız ve diğer bütün oyun içi değerler oyunun bir parçasıdır ve DarkGalaxy'ye aittir. Hesap açmakla bunlar üzerinde bir mülkiyet kazanmazsınız; size yalnızca oyunu oynamanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım hakkı verilir.

Hesap satılamaz, kiralanamaz, devredilemez ve takas edilemez; kullanıcı adı ve şifre başkasıyla paylaşılamaz.
Oyun dışında para veya değer karşılığı yapılan hesap devirleri geçersizdir ve ilgili hesapların kapatılmasına yol açar.
Oyun içi kredi, elmas ve eşyalar bir para birimi değildir; oyunun dışında hiçbir değeri yoktur ve nakde çevrilemez. Tek istisna 11. maddedeki VIP iadesidir.
Bir hesabı kimin kullandığından o hesabın sahibi sorumludur. Paylaştığınız bir hesapla yapılan ihlal de size aittir.

10. Kuralların ihlali, askıya alma ve hesap kapatma

Oyun kuralları oyun içindeki Duyuru ve Kurallar ekranında yayınlanır (Profil › Anasayfa) ve o metin bu sözleşmenin ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Kurallar değiştiğinde oyun içinde duyurulur.

Kural ihlali hâlinde, ihlalin ağırlığına ve tekrarına göre ve önceden bildirim olmaksızın şu yaptırımlar uygulanabilir:

1 ila 30 gün arasında sohbet susturma,
hesabın geçici olarak askıya alınması,
hesabın süresiz kapatılması.

Şu davranışlar doğrudan süresiz kapatma sebebidir: hile veya oyun dosyalarını değiştirme, sunucuya saldırı ya da yük bindirme girişimi, ceza aşmak için ikinci hesap açma, hesap alım-satımı ve ödeme itirazı (chargeback).

Yaptırım kararı DarkGalaxy yönetimine aittir. Kararı haksız buluyorsanız aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden yazabilirsiniz; başvurunuzu inceleriz. Bu madde yasal haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz; tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

11. VIP ve oyun içi satın almalar

VIP ve VIP+ süreli ve tükenen bir özelliktir. Satın aldığınız şey kalıcı bir eşya değil, belirli bir süre boyunca kullanım hakkıdır; süre dolduğunda hak kendiliğinden sona erer ve bu bir eksiklik ya da iade sebebi değildir.

Satın alınmış VIP'in kullanılmamış kalan süresi, o VIP'in satış fiyatı üzerinden oranlanarak hesaplanır ve talep etmeniz hâlinde size ödenir. Bu, hesabınızın hangi sebeple kapandığından bağımsızdır: hizmetin kapanması, sizin talebiniz ya da bir kural ihlali fark etmez — ödediğiniz ama kullanmadığınız süre sizindir.
Oyun içinde reklam izleyerek kazanılan VIP, oto-farm ve benzeri ödüller bir satın alma değildir; bunlar için iade söz konusu olmaz.
VIP dışındaki diğer iade talepleri değerlendirilir; bunlarda iade yükümlülüğümüz yoktur, yasadan doğan cayma ve ayıplı hizmet hakları saklıdır.

İade talebinde pilot kimliğinizi ve ödeme tarihini yazmanız yeterlidir.

12. Hizmetin sürekliliği, devri ve sona ermesi

DarkGalaxy bir hizmettir, satın alınan bir ürün değil. Kesintisiz çalışacağı garanti edilmez; bakım, arıza, saldırı ya da teknik zorunluluk nedeniyle geçici olarak durabilir.

Yönetim, oyunu tamamen kapatma, sunucuları durdurma ve oyunu kalıcı olarak yayından kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Kapatma hâlinde, mümkün olduğu ölçüde önceden duyurulur (oyun içi duyuru ve bu sayfa) ve o tarihe kadar satın alınmış kullanılmamış VIP süreleri 11. madde uyarınca iade edilir.
İflas, devir, birleşme veya satış hâlinde DarkGalaxy'ye ait tüm haklar — oyun, kaynak kodu, marka, sunucular ve oyuncu hesapları dahil — başka bir yayıncıya devredilebilir ya da satılabilir. Bu durumda işbu sözleşme yeni yayıncı bakımından da geçerli olmaya devam eder ve hesabınız yeni yayıncının koşullarına tabi olur. Devir hâlinde kişisel verileriniz de aynı koşullarla yeni yayıncıya aktarılır; istemiyorsanız hesabınızın silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
Hizmetin kapanması, kesintiye uğraması ya da devredilmesi nedeniyle oyun içi ilerlemenin, eşyaların veya bakiyelerin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu sınırlama 11. maddedeki VIP iadesini kapsamaz.

13. Bu politika değişirse

Değişiklik olursa yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir. Önemli bir değişiklikte oyun içinde de duyurulur.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

This policy covers the game DarkGalaxy, published at darkgalaxy.online. It is written plainly: every statement below matches what the game's source code actually does. The document has two parts: sections 1-8 are the privacy policy, and sections 9-12 are the terms of use — they describe the legal status of your account, the penalties for breaking the rules, and what happens if the service ends.

In short: DarkGalaxy contains no ad network, no analytics tool and no tracking script. The game makes no requests to any third party. We never ask you for an email address, password, phone number or payment details.

This list is complete. We do not assign your name — you type it, and you may choose any nickname you like.

2. Cookies

Playing the game sets no cookies at all.

The only cookie is dgadmin, created solely for the site owner when signing in to the administration interface. Players never receive it. The cookie is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict, is valid only under that interface's own path, and is deleted on sign-out.

What is stored in your browser is not a cookie but local storage, and it is lost when you clear your browser data. There are two kinds:

Preferences (last username used, language, display): used only to pre-fill the form and set up the interface, and never sent to the server.
A session key — stored when you log in, so that on your next visit the login screen lets you press START without typing your password. This key is not your password; your password is never written to the browser in any form. The key is sent to the server when you press START (that is its whole purpose), expires by itself after 30 days, and is deleted when you change your password or log out.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share your data with no one. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it on for advertising. The game contains no ad network, analytics tool, social media widget or tracking pixel.

There are two exceptions. First: if we receive a legally binding request (such as a court order), we may have to provide what the law requires. Second: if the game is transferred or sold to another publisher, your account data is passed on to that publisher under the same terms — this is set out in section 12, and if you do not want it you may ask for your account to be deleted before that date. Apart from these we never sell, rent or pass on your data for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Your game account: until you ask us to delete it.
IP address: not stored permanently; held in memory for the duration of your connection. Actions taken in the admin panel are written to an audit log together with the IP — that log covers the site owner's actions, not players'.
Milestones: the most recent 20,000 entries are kept; older ones are removed automatically.

5. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and the game connection is an encrypted WebSocket (wss://). The account file is kept outside the web root, so nobody can download it by guessing its address. The admin password is never stored in plain text — only a scrypt hash of it.

No system is one hundred percent secure; that said, what we hold is a nickname and some game progress.

Player passwords are not stored in plain text either — only a scrypt hash. This has a direct consequence: we are not responsible for a forgotten password or username; we have no way to see or recover your password. Keep your username and password somewhere safe.

6. Children

DarkGalaxy is an all-ages space game and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. We do not ask for an email address, phone number or real name in the first place. If you notice that your child plays under a nickname and you want the account removed, write to the address below and we will delete it.

7. How you accept this policy

There is no separate checkbox: creating an account means you accept this policy and the terms of use below, and that sentence is shown on the sign-up screen as well. The date of your acceptance is stored on your account. If you do not want to accept it, do not create an account; you can ask for an existing account to be deleted at the address below.

8. Your rights

By writing to us you may ask to:

Find out what is held in your account,
Have incorrect information corrected,
Have your account deleted entirely.

For a deletion request your nickname is enough. We act on requests within a reasonable time of receiving them.

9. Your account: a licence, not property

Your account, character, ships, designs, credits, diamonds and every other in-game value are part of the game and belong to DarkGalaxy. Creating an account does not give you ownership of them; it gives you a personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to play.

Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred or traded, and your username and password may not be shared.
Account transfers made for money or value outside the game are void and lead to the accounts being closed.
In-game credits, diamonds and items are not a currency; they have no value outside the game and cannot be converted into cash. The only exception is the VIP refund in section 11.
The account holder is responsible for whoever uses the account. A violation committed on an account you shared is still yours.

10. Rule violations, suspension and closure

The game rules are published in the Announcements and Rules screen inside the game (Profile › Home) and that text is an integral part of this agreement. Changes to the rules are announced in-game.

Depending on the severity and repetition of the violation, and without prior notice, the following may be applied:

chat mute from 1 to 30 days,
temporary suspension of the account,
permanent closure of the account.

The following lead directly to permanent closure: cheating or modifying game files, attacking or overloading the server, creating a second account to evade a penalty, buying or selling accounts, and payment chargebacks.

Enforcement decisions are made by DarkGalaxy. If you believe a decision is wrong you may write to the address below and we will review it. This section does not remove your legal rights; your statutory consumer rights remain reserved.

11. VIP and in-game purchases

VIP and VIP+ are a timed, consumable feature. What you buy is not a permanent item but the right to use it for a set period; when the period ends the right ends with it, and that is not a defect or a ground for a refund.

The unused remaining time of purchased VIP is calculated pro rata at that VIP's sale price and paid to you on request. This does not depend on why the account was closed — service shutdown, your own request or a rule violation alike: time you paid for but did not use is yours.
VIP, auto-farm and similar rewards earned by watching ads in-game are not a purchase and are not refundable.
Refund requests other than VIP are reviewed; for those we are under no obligation to refund, and your statutory withdrawal and faulty-service rights remain reserved.

To request a refund it is enough to give your pilot ID and the payment date.

12. Continuity, transfer and end of the service

DarkGalaxy is a service, not a product you buy. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed; it may stop temporarily for maintenance, failure, attack or technical necessity.

We reserve the right to shut the game down completely, stop the servers and remove the game permanently.
In case of shutdown we will, as far as possible, announce it in advance (in-game and on this page), and unused VIP time purchased up to that date is refunded under section 11.
In the event of insolvency, transfer, merger or sale, all rights belonging to DarkGalaxy — including the game, its source code, its brand, its servers and player accounts — may be transferred or sold to another publisher. This agreement then continues to apply for the new publisher and your account becomes subject to that publisher's terms. In such a transfer your personal data is passed on under the same terms; if you do not want this you may request deletion of your account.
We are not liable for the loss of in-game progress, items or balances caused by the service closing, being interrupted or being transferred. This limitation does not cover the VIP refund in section 11.

13. Changes to this policy

If anything changes, the "last updated" date above is renewed. Significant changes are also announced inside the game.
